Common FAQs
Q: HOW DO WE GO ABOUT SELECTING PRODUCTS?
I will bring samples to your session and ordering appointment. Ordering appointments can take place in your home or online. You can take a photo of your space to send to me before your appointment so we can see what the options will look like to scale in your home.
Q: How long does it take to receive my art?
A: Most orders arrive within 4-6 weeks from the time we place the order.
Q: Do you have payment plans?
A: We can make a payment plan, however orders will be placed once the payment is made in full. Due to the custom nature of these products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: Can you install them for me?
A: Yes! We are happy to install your galleries for you at no extra charge. Each product will come with care instructions as well.
Q: Can we print older photos, like wedding photos or previous sessions to incorporate into our gallery?
A: Yes! As long as the images are a high enough resolution in a jpeg format. If you are wanting to print photos from a previous session with a different photographer a print release may be necessary. Most photographers provide this at the time of that session.
